Accounts Assistant Gibraltar

A private company based in Gibraltar with an international and local client base that varies from construction to online gaming are seeking an experience accounts assistant to join a small team.

The role will encompass providing full financial accounts and management reports to various clients on a periodic basis, the right candidate will either studying towards AAT/CAT or looking to a career in accounting and finance moreover they must have at least 2 years working experience within an accounting environment.

This role will give you an excellent opportunity to gain good all round accounting experience of in management and financial accounting, internal management reporting and complex reconciliations.

The essential skill and experience for this post are as follows:
• AAT/CAT studying preferred but not essential
• Experience of using Sage Line 50 or MMS preferred
• General, Sales and Purchase Ledger postings
• Cashbook postings and reconciliations
• Treasury Experience preferred but not essential
• High Level of Excel Skills, Producing Graphical Statistics.
• Problem solver, using own initiative
• Working to tight deadlines and taking responsibility for own work
• Team worker, working on multiple tasks
• Mature and professional approach
